Positive aspects of this (pros): allows intense focus ability during day
Negative aspects of this (cons): can cause jitters, minor problems with sleep

I've used this for over a year, and it does the following: increases "energy" and focus during day, suppresses appetite, and in the slow relrease form, is quite tolerable. I don't think it's for everybody, just ADD symptoms although it is prescribed for extreme tiredness as well. For ME...it "calms" me down..it may not for you.
